My son just purchased a gorgeous Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lester Glenn. We were treated royally from the parking lot, before entering the showroom! Steve Regan, a consummate professional, took care of us. Asked all the right questions and got a great deal for my son. Steve is very knowledgeable about the process of purchasing a car and he answered every question with patience, sincerity and absolutely no pressure! I'm sure the other salesmen are competent and knowledgeable as well, but Steve really cares. He doesn't want you to walk out of there dissatisfied about anything, from the vehicle, to the pricing, coverage, etc. Steve removed all anxiety from the buying experience. I'm no kid and have been at many dealerships in my years, and Lester Glenn and Steve Regan are tops! No wonder my Dad bought two cars from them over the years and had them serviced there as well. Wish I could give you 10 stars!!!

I recently had diagnostic and repairs done on my 2015 Wrangler Unlimited. It took a few days for the issues to be diagnosed. Then a week to get repairs started. It required the rear main seal to be replaced, sensor, and injector. I know those are big jobs. However when I drove it home a month later, I found bolts loose, inspection plugs missing, engine light on, and coolant leaking. I had to bring it back to have the issues resolved. Chris S. seemed to be the only one who cared, and helped anyway he could. They fixed everything. I asked by phone, e-mail, and text to speak to a manager. A week later and still no return call or message. Clearly they are short staffed on the service side, and management doesn't care about losing customers.

I was looking to trade in my 2013 ram 1500 for a newer model, Chris and Ed were extremely helpful in finding the right truck for me. I was greeted once I parked in the lot and immediately taken to view the trucks in the lot. Chris was able to get me in a 2025 Rebel for a test drive and ultimately to take home. They gave multiple options for payments without any pressure on finalizing a sale. My overall experience went very well due to the staff throughout the dealership.

I was greeted by a salesman Chris right when I drove up. I knew what I was looking for because I saw it advertised online. He brought the vehicle right up, was very relaxed, and not pushy at all. He gave me time to sit in the vehicle by myself to get used to it before we went for a test drive.
When we got back to the dealership, I asked him to write up the paperwork and he was friendly and courteous throughout. I asked him not to try to upsell me, and he didn’t. The vibe of the whole dealership was a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely go back in the future.

The Jeep of my dreams! My hunt for a vehicle began in November 2023. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but Justin at Lester Glenn diligently provided many options that fit my picky criteria. It took me until August of 2024 to FINALLY decide exactly what I wanted down to the smallest of details. I reached back out to Justin and he found EXACTLY what I wanted in minutes. Something another Jeep dealership could not find, even after looking for a week. He was also able to get me a better deal on a Jeep with tons more features than the other Jeep dealership could offer on a vehicle with less options. It was the right color, had all of the packages and upgrades I wanted and I could not be happier. Justin put in a LOT of work to get me exactly what I wanted and I could not recommend him enough. If you’re undecided on what to get, or know exactly what you want, he is THE BEST man for the job and enjoys the challenge!

Bobby the manager there is wizard. Frank my salesmen was super helpful and fantastic to work with. They pulled off what I thought was impossible. Their patience with me and understanding for what my needs were deserve an award. Super happy with my new Wrangler! 100% will be returning in the future!
