Wonderful service all around. They send one letter a year w/ a sewer bill and in case you don't receive it (as in my case, since its a new account and new home) they simply put an interest on all your bills that you have to pay. Then in about 6 months they send you a 'reminder'. This reminder mail surprisingly, arrives in normal fashion. When called explaining I didn't have no mail from them in 1.5 years they simply say: we have no record from Post Office any mail we sent out 6+ months ago didn't get there - can't do nothing about the interest and hang up on you. What a joke of service that is.

And by the way there's no other way of notify customers, just old good US mail that works 'like clock' as you can see - and this place denies any responsibility if it doesn't. No emails, no texts, no push notifications, nothing. Stuck in 1990 forever... Thanks they don't make you send personal checks and receive faxes as your bills - however I won't be surprised if they do.
