All Choice Energy scammed our business by switching our Con Ed account over their ESCO.

We never signed up for it and they're claiming that an employee, someone whose name we've never heard of and has never worked at our business, signed us up.

We will be contacting the NYS Attorney General's office on 01/15/25 to register a complaint there.

Last thing for people to know: they have gotten in trouble with the NYS Dept. of Public Service for their business practices.

A rep from this company claiming to work for Con Edison showed up demanding to "read" our meter by taking a picture on her private mobile phone
We asked for her ID and she claimed to have left it at home.
She shows up next with a coworker to read our meter. Now their new story is that they are contracted to read meters for Con Ed. Such nonsense.
I call their company's phone line and they drop the phone on me.

Signed up in a mall, later learned that the kid straight up lied to me to get me to sign up, and cancelled the service. That was over A YEAR ago, and these people still call me 6-7x a week, sometimes multiple times a day regarding discounts and "my account". I've repeatedly told them I do not do business with All Choice, I am not interested in their services, and have very kindly asked them to STOP CALLING ME, but it has had no impact and I don't even know what to do at this point. Please, for the love of God, do NOT give this scam your number or any of your information. I can't even block them because they call from different numbers and area codes every time. Absolutely absurd.

Very unhappy with this company! I received a "renewal letter" two weeks ago dated March 5, 2021. This letter gave 30 days notice to make changes in the "enrollment agreement". I received the letter only 2 weeks ago!
I called to try to cancel but they could not even confirm cancellation on the phone. Rates are extremely high and I would not recommend.

Scam. Representatives said I would save money but when I saw my new energy bill (despite not changing usage) I nearly heeled over and died on the spot. Bill increased by an additional $40 on average. I called National Grid and told them to switch me back. Save yourself time and money by ignoring them.

Very unhappy with the services from them, there was a consistent increase in my bill every month and we have been trying to contact them for days and no one has responded. Very poor customer service. Would now recommend.
