My contractor saw Chris working on an install and got his number. Within the first 5 minutes I knew that Chris knew what he was doing.

After install, during inspection, the town inspector wanted a universal cut off switch for the whole house that the code said new construction only. Since the earthquake they now requiring that everyone install one. Chris without hesitation told me he would absorb that cost.

There was also one aspect of the job he did not feel confident doing himself and he was honest and upfront about that and brought in another contractor to do it.

I've given out his cards to everyone I know. This is a local business that deserves to thrive.

We engaged Chris Deming and Reliable Solar after we were caught up in the Vision Solar scam and subsequent bankruptcy. We had solar panels installed by Vision in the Summer of 2023 but they never got local or utility approval and the panels were never turned on. Chris was able to determine what needed to be done to get us generating power . He very quickly reached out to the town and utility to get all of the final approvals and inspections completed. 6 weeks after engaging him we were up and running. He is also very knowledgeable regarding NJ Solar programs and also interacted with the State to get the documents for our taxes. Always very responsive and professional.
