Hello! I'm writing this for Kip, Dan and Curtis. This was a three men/ three day job. All of the workers were incredible. They explained what the problems were, and how they were going to resolve it, and then the finished work. Very thorough and professional. The professional and knowledgeable technicians Dante and Curtis built my heater , air conditioner in one day was impressive.I appreciate those two gentleman. If I could I would give them 10 stars. And Harold the salesman who came to my house was knowledgeable and experienced. He was respectful. He spoke so my wife and I understood all about the heater , air conditioner and thermostat. What a team ! Thank you guys and to the people in the office for your speedy scheduling. My air conditioner broke down on Saturday. we got an appointment on Monday and our heater and air conditioner was installed on Thursday 5 days turn around. If you want quick turnaround and a professional install you need to call SOUTH JERSEY ENERGY SERVICE PLUS.

Tech arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. After a few minutes he informed me about a part he tested that was not working efficiently. He replaced it and the heater immediately sounded differently..quieter than before. Soon the heat felt warmer. I was delighted. He checked the filter which he showed me the correct way to insert it. When he finished my whole house felt warmer. I was very pleased.

The Technician who initially came out, was very personable, very experienced and reassuring. In fact it was the guy who first came out to inspect the original furnace 17 years ago!
Right there the confidence factor hit 100%.
The crew promptly arrived at the allotted time and were friendly and got to work without delay .
I was surprised & impressed with their professional approach and hands- on, can - do attitude.
They worked tirelessly throughout the day, creating some beautiful metal work to make sure everything fitted . The final Coupe-de-Grace was a first time no- glitch firing up of the system they had installed.
My heart felt thanks goes out to "The Team" who made the impossible, possible!
All of them deserve the highest praise & I can't thank you enough for the professional service you provided at such short notice on the coldest day of the year! Well done!!!

The First Tech Got the Draft Inducer Motor to Run By using some "Improvise /Adapt/ Overcome/" mentality. This at least got me some heat on a 20* day. The New Part had to be ordered. It came about 3 days latter. The Next Tech did the install and did a great job. It was worth the monthly expense to have this service. We all have insurance for other things. Having Insurance for your Gas fired units is not a waste of money. Thanks!

My experience today was top notch. The person I initially called was precise & helpful. I got an appointment same day. The repairman was punctual & did an outstanding job and I got an appointment for an estimate for a new system for the next week. I'm very satisfied today.
