VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Initially, I scheduled 2 weeks out for installation, so they offered to bring a portable AC unit to use until they could install the new unit. They ended up being able to come a week early, which was just in time for the 80+ degree week. I received a call and/or text message to tell me when the techincian(s) were on their way. The guys were very polite and kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterward. They also sent someone out to do a quality check to ensure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied. The dogs even approved as Riley came bearing peanut butter dog treats!

Labor day weekend my A/C stopped cooling in my mobile home and Adam Hill was in my driveway within two hours and they were at my house on in a few hours a couple of years ago when I called.
A+ on service and speed.
The service man had a performance and great attitude.
Signed a contract with Blevins to serve my heat and A/C every spring and Fall at a reasonable price also. Good job and great employees Blevins ?!!!

Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable . He took the time to listen to my questions and give me answers and actually give me helpful information.

Riley on 8/19 doing the maintenance was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained as he found things and what was needed or done. I haven't looked at the unit but I'm hopeful the cleaning went well.

Riley is a super guy. He was very professional, very kind and a hard worker. I enjoyed our conversations while he was here. He even taught me quite a bit about my AC units, which I appreciated. He deserves a raise!

I was impressed that the day started at 0830. After that anything that could go wrong did but yet Tony and Tyker stuck it out throughout the day and evening until the job was done, and done well. Every last scrap of trash was policed despite it being fully dark outside. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. I look forward to using Blevins again
