Truly every staff member we worked with helped answer our questions and the crew who helped with our siding was professional, honest, transparent, friendly and knowledgeable. Big shout out to Chris who was extremely helpful during our initial consultations, and Justin and Mike who helped oversee our siding renovation from day one until completion. We got multiple estimates for this job, but I’m beyond happy we chose George J Keller and Sons because they truly made one of our biggest homeowner projects seamless and they executed without any hiccups or issues. We initially reached out to George Keller and Sons in late August 2024 for basically a whole exterior remodel (windows, siding, roof, etc.). We ended up having to press pause on the windows/siding aspect of the quote and ultimately used them to replace our roof and gutters.

On roofing day, the crew showed up on time. Lenny (one of the site managers) and I did a quick walk-around of the exterior of the house and he was clear in explaining how the day was going to go. Our house was built in 1996 and to our knowledge, the roof was original. Rather than just slap a new layer of shingles on the roof and be on their way, they explained the best practice was to strip everything down completely so they could evaluate the condition of the sheathing underneath, replace any bad plywood and lay down new ice shield and underlayment. They cut in a ridge vent and added new bathroom vents to help prevent future moisture buildup in our attic. The crew protected everything at ground level and worked quickly and efficiently. My husband was working in the area that day so he popped by to check the progress and one of the guys on the crew took a few minutes to speak with him about the condition of the old roof, placement of the new vents, etc..

The gutter crew came in a few days later. We increased the gutter size to 6 inches and added leaf guards. They did a great job with removing the old gutters as well. We asked that they be saved as we had another project to use them for and had plenty of salvageable material to work with.

They were accommodating with our schedule from the initial consult appointment with Brendan Tully to scheduling the roof and gutters. Cory & Jen were great, working with us on scheduling and letting us know what to expect on roof and gutter day. While they offered to get us on the schedule sooner, we asked to be scheduled in early November 2024 because it worked better for us.

Overall, we’re very pleased with the work done and hope that we’ll be able to work with them in the future for window/siding replacement. Fortunately for us, there were no surprises when they stripped the old roof off, so the final price was as quoted.

Most importantly, Cesar and his crew did an amazing job: showing up early, working swiftly, and making sure everything was done with the utmost attention to detail. Cesar and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. I knew I needed a new roof when shingles started coming off the house in a windstorm. I was very pleased to have met Chris, the sales rep for the company who sang their crew’s praises. I can tell you that everything that he said was true. I had seen their work before as they replaced a neighbor siding, and also another neighbor’s roof. They are incredibly clean, quick and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone, and if I ever need any siding or solar work, they would be my first pick.

We recently had our house sided by George J. Keller & Sons. I am typically disinclined to post experience with companies we do business with, however, this company is outstanding! From the start of the project to completion everything was completed in a professional manner. We first met with Russell who explained everything to us clearly and accurately. The project began on time and ended on time. On site managers Len and Kaz all workmanship and answered all our questions. Jen and Cory in the office were great! The job was first class all the way! We were absolutely thrilled with the work that George J Keller & Sons completed for our home. They put on a new roof and gutters for us. They were reliable, professional, thorough, and very easy to work with. From the beginning stages with Carl Chase walking my wife and I through what to expect with the project, to Ceasar and his team giving new meaning to the word efficiency, and Dave “Koz” bringing it home with our new gutters. Such an all start team. Shout out to Jen as well, who was always quick to respond to our inquiries. We knew we were in good hands throughout the entire process. A got a lot of great recommendations when looking for a contractor for re-roof and gutters and ended up choosing GJK. My salesman Carl was fantastic at explaining scope of proposed work in great detail and the crew executed everything as outlined in contract.
They followed up a few days later to do my gutters which also came out great.
More importantly, my leaking issues are gone, roof looks amazing and they followed up with the registered GAF Gold Pledge warranty as promised per contract.
Their pricing is fair. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive proposal I got from several contractors but you really do get what you pay in this case.

Do they job right the first time and you will have no regrets.
