They ruined a $500 cashmere sweater and bleached a $600 blazer. Then they refused to deliver my dry cleaning after losing it for days. Didnt refund me or offer to fix it in any way. Rude, awful service. Dont use them.

The worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. Ruined all my expensive shirts (almost every single one) because the buttons broke during the laundering or dry cleaning process and were never fixed! They shrinked my dress pants. Worst dry cleaner ever.

Avoid them at all cost. Fed up with untimely delivery, absorbent costs, and inability to be open on time at 7:30 AM to drop off clothing for services. This has happened on multiple occasions. In addition, they charge $17.50 per dress for dry cleaning, work dresses!!! Trust the negative reviews.

Good job cleaning but do not use for tailoring. Paid $100 for pants to be fixed and seams tore before first wear. I asked the team to fix and was told I would have to pay again as it was fixed when it left the store. It “must have been my fault”, maybe you are too fat for these pants”

I generally stay away from them for lack of customer service, but against my better judgement, I decided to use them for an alteration job, and as I was explaining to the tailor and staff person about the clothing, another customer waltzes in and demanded the fitting room for a new suit to be tailored. Putting our conversation on hold, they help the other man into the fitting room and take care of him. When I asked what needed to be done for my pants, they told me to wait because there is a customer they are taking care of first. Okay. Right. Never again.

I brought a fairly complicated dress with a lot of beads and details that needed to hemmed and tapered. My friend recommended The tailor at Fidi and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I tried the dress on, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He offered two ways to alter the dress, letting me know what the pros and cons are with each. I found out that the tailor has over 30 years experience and it really shows compared to other tailors I’ve tried. The dress now fits me seamlessly and I’m so happy! Thank you!!!!

Customer service is extremely bad: the guy at the counter is rude, and could not care less for your concerns or the quality of service. That by itself should deter repeat business. But quality of dry-cleaning is amazingly is even worse. Do not take expensive delicate pieces here, they will ruin your silks. I am convinced that they iron while blindfolded. Your silk blouses will be pressed at wrong spots from the wrong side and at the wrong creases. Not just occasionally but every single time.

I just got off the phone with them and they literally the WORSE customer service ever. They broke the seam on my dress, put a pin through it to "fix" it and charged me for the dry-cleaning. When I called them they blamed it on the manufacturer and said that if they fix it I'll have to pay for it and refused to reverse the charge for dry-cleaning the dress. I don't understand how they can run a business like this. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of other cleaners in fidi that are reliable and have customer service.
