I like this store but it's a mixed experience. Earlier this month I purchased a green juice from the prepared food section (I've done this many times) and this time I was forced to pay at the prepared food counter when before I could just pay with the rest of my groceries at the main checkout. Today while shopping I saw a gentleman order a juice and said to the staff that he is NOT going to pay now at their counter, but he'll just pay up front. There was no push back from the staff. We are both human so idk why the difference in treatment... It's not the first time I've had a sketchy experience. There was even a lady there today with her service animal and a staff apparently questioned her about 'what' her dog is trained for (see yelp). I was in the store at the same time and saw the beautiful well behaved dog that wasn't bothering anyone. Not all the apples are bad, but they have a few...sighs 🙁 you will see similar notes below in other reviews. I'm just a human. I'm a good person.

Stopped in for the first time unsure of what to expect and was pleasantly surprised I was able to grab a handful of my usual grocery brands on sale. Noticed the place smelled like real food, was clean and neatly organized and the associates were friendly, checkout was quick. Impressive supplement selection. Parking wasn't bad, was easy to get in and out of. Nice little market

Glad to have healthier options, but their prices, like everywhere else are ridiculous. Way too expensive. A lot of good variety choices, some reasonable, most are not though. The people are nice, the staff is attentive, and I do come when I'm sick to get health supplies. But I just hope they decide to put customers first and drop their prices to a more reasonable amount. Getting healthy shouldn't be pricing people out.

Some of the best selection of organic product in the region bar none. Stealth very good prepared foods, too, and they're well known for the Whole Earth Salad. Great bulk items, freshly ground organic peanut and almond butter, high-end natural supplements and cleaning products, fresh breads after 12 et al. Really great place all around.

If patrons are required to put the items on the counter when checking out, please put a sign out. Of course store are entitled to have policies however they see fit, I do wonder how is taking items out from a basket which is right in front of the cashier can help anyone. While getting items out, I can not put the scanned items in my bags and the cashier is not doing it either, the cashier started scanning next customers items while I was putting my stuff in the bag. It would be easier if it was a self check out.

If it's natural, they got it from food to make up everything else you could want.
A bit expensive but it saves you from looking online.
Staff are always helpful. Like every other store in princeton, it needs more parking.
It is one of Princeton's jewels.

Locally owned health food store with top quality produce & nutritional supplements plus small frozen foods section, small dairy section, & a small selection of store-made takeout foods. Friendly staff is knowledgeable about their products & ingredients. You can trust brands they carry. Bakery uneven. Good gluten free, but not much available. Regular breads can be dry. Sometimes they carry locally grown flowers & herbs An oasis in a dessert. With this store & local farmers markets you can eat healthfully in Princeton. Parking available. Ask for student or senior discount every day, if these apply to you. Funky small store, narrow aisles. You can hear the granola crunching. Love it.
