Arctic Air’s staff is excellent, both back office and field staff. The job was to provide a replacement for a 25 year old standard 2 water heater system. I had requested particular units that they were able to provide same day and meticulously installed them even better than the original setup. They were timely, professional and detail oriented. There was no upsell and they were honest with their consultation and feedback on the needs of the job. There was a fault with one of the units (a faulty gas unit) that they worked through and took care of without issue. Very impressed with Sonny and Fred who were the techs on the job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Morris showed me their price list on other plumbing kind of work they are doing. They are not on the cheap side definitely. But I guess it may be worth it given their warranties and professionalism.

Originally, our furnace fan wouldn’t stop, with the prospect of overheating, so we turned it off. When we called Arctic, they told us they could fix it by evening, and Hector promptly came within the hour and fixed it for us—turns out it was a thermostat issue! The price he charged was fair.

I needed a furnace fast as the cold season was approaching, I contacted several companies both big and small. One Large well-known company that has an office within a mile from me, promptly offered me an appointment that day. They Missed that appointment, then offered me another appointment that same day and missed that one as well. I called A private company who was great, but they took too long to get back to me. I had Arctic Air scheduled for a Friday estimate but was really concerned that it was going to get cold. So, I called their office Tuesday morning, and their wonderful office scheduled the estimate for Tuesday 5:00. I met with David who was excellent, he determined that my current furnace was over 12 years old and oversized, He also determined that my AC was older and under sized. He gave me the estimate, provided an awesome warranty, offered to do the permitting, warranty paperwork, and offered a 12 month, no interest option. I thought about it for a day and the next day scheduled them to come out. The install team arrived on time, took great care of my property and left the site clean. It is Friday of that same week, and I am loving my Lennox system. Looking forward to seeing how the AC works in the summer. My experience with Artic air was 5 Star from the first call to now enjoying my new HVAC.
