I waited three months to write this review to ensure I could provide an honest and thorough assessment of the Med-Mizer hospital bed and Pride Mobility recliner I purchased. Both products are outstanding and have operated flawlessly during this time.
I was diagnosed with MS 31 years ago, and as my condition has progressed, it became clear I needed reliable, high-quality equipment. Last fall, my wife and I visited Broadway Medical, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the exceptional service we received from Rob and Sophia.
From helping us select the right products to the professional and hassle-free delivery and setup, the entire experience was seamless. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care made a challenging situation much easier for us.

Every one including Rob goes above and beyond in service. We bought Med-Mizer bed from them for my Mom over a year ago and it works as how Rob explained. Bed keeps mom happy. We had two wedding in the family (grandsons) 2024, Rob set up same bed in hotel room and allowed mom to enjoy four days of festivity. Entire staff goes above and beyond.

Exceptional customer service provided by Rob and his staff from ordering to delivery! I desperately needed an electric recliner delivered same day for my husband due to surgery. Rob and his staff was absolutely fantastic we needed a hospital style bed for my dad who had back surgery after weeks of searching and waiting for call backs. I spoke to my local pharmacist and he recommended to call Broadway Medical supply the staff is polite, pleasant and helpful. Rob went out of his way and was able to get a bed delivered and installed in the same day… who does that anymore? Rob the owner was amazing. He was extremely empathetic, knowledgeable, and responsive when I called on Sat in a panic. My Mom had fallen and I needed to set her up in a safe manner. Rob and William were very helpful with picking out the right lift recliner chair and delivered it the same day. They set it up and helped us learn how to use it. They let me know to call if I had any problems and followed up to make sure it was working out well. They couldn't be nicer. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again.

Update: We had a problem with our lift recliner chair we bought 11 months earlier. The owner Rob was incredibly helpful. It took a few visits to get to the bottom of the issue but they did whatever was necessary to make sure it was fixed. The recliner was integral to my husband's comfort. They understood this and were very responsive. Rob and his staff understand that many of their customers have health issues and they truly seem to care. I highly recommend this company. I don't normally write reviews but was compelled to do so and update it due to their outstanding service .

I needed to get a wheelchair for my mother. When I called and spoke with the owner he suggested I come by and look at the many they had in stock.
I brought my mother and she was able to try them for comfort and size.
They were very informative and extremely helpful. We were able to purchase a wheelchair that day. We were given a receipt to submit to the insurance company with all the information needed.
I would recommend them for all medical needs!
