Tamar Feldman utilizes a wealth of experience, information, and research to help implement customized plans for many digestive and autoimmune problems.
I am on her customized diet for 1.5 years for UC and other autoimmune issues. I am still on a biologic, and I have achieved remission BH.
Many patients with IBD continue to feel symptomatic even when they are clinically doing well, and regular medicine has no answer for that. Before I met Tamar, I would often feel unwell even though my IBD was under control. Tamar taught me how to take care of my body so that I can feel my best more of the time.
