Made an appointment at this establishment and the staff is so friendly. Natasha and Linet were super nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend this center. I’ve been with them for about two months now and I’m seeing great results. Very happy!

I had a "zoom meeting" set up a week ago on a Friday morning, which was inconvenient for me but was pushed by person making appointment. After rearranging my schedule I checked into meeting and nobody was on the other end. I called every 5 minutes and got no answer, leaving 5 messages asking for a call back regarding our appointment. After 40 minutes I stopped calling. It has been 1 week and I have not received a call back.
This is after I drove almost an hour to the office for the first meeting, only to take the appointment via zoom in the office.
No respect for my time.
My 5 voicemails have still not been returned, but I am willing to bet this review is responded to immediately.
I would rather visit a practice that cares about the people they serve.

Business reply says they tried to reach out to me afterwards which is an outright lie. 1 month later still no one has reached out.

An AMAZING experience from start to finish. Ample parking so there was no need to wait for a spot or risk parking farther away or on the street. The receptionists are welcoming, pleasant and professional. They are open to helping anyone with the process from start to finish. My new and first ever dietitian Deana was a breath of fresh air. She broke everything down easy so I could understand what’s going on. She’s personable and takes an active role into making sure to find the best possible fit for you and your goals. I’m looking forward to coming again in a few weeks and will recommend this place, these employees, and this dietitian to as many people looking to make better health choices in the future.

Went into this not expecting much since I’ve failed horribly at maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I’m very pleased to say I’m so happy with the results I’ve been seeing a change in my weight. I asked the young lady for her name which was Natasha because she was so helpful! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed, I promise!

Worse place ever the staff is good but the doctor acts like she doesn’t care. Very unprofessional. I was talking to the doctor for like 40 minutes and at the end of the conversation she gave me a two sentence diet not even printed just on a hand written paper I can’t even understand and when I asked her to print me a paper with all the info I needed she said she didn’t have time. They didn’t even had time to check my insurance. They are the worse people you can go to.
