I signed up with Arma Solar in Dec' 23 and everything seemed well and was promised a weekly update. Starting Feb'24 the updates stopped coming through. Come mid May the panels were up. I had to chase my local township since Arma never made a payment to them and they held the paperwork. I didn't go live till Sept' 24 since the Fuse they installed in April was damaged. I must have sent them close to 30 reminders to get the system energized but all messages were falling on deaf ears. Absolutely terrible after sales.

Coming to SREC's its been 15mths since the original signup date and I am yet to get SREC approvals for claiming credit. I've tried and made numerous attempts to get in touch with the manager but have never been able to get through as all emails go into a blackhole. It's absolutely frustrating dealing with these folks. All of them are busy trying to make the next sale.

Deal with them only if you have plenty of time time on your hand trying to getting your matters resolved.
