Initial consultation seemed to go ok BUT went off the rails shortly thereafter. I was assured throughout the process the solar panels would be black. Was yessed to death by Glenn the salesman that they were. I'm already sacrificing the roof aesthetic with panels, so I had to insure they wouldn't show up with the white stripe panels that transform your house look into a 1980s-like motif. I didn't hear from them until they called a few months later saying permits were ready and equipment was in. They were in a rush now. I reached out to the installer now and I finally convinced him I wasn't having them come until they showed me a picture of the panels. Sure enough, they were of the old, white-striped variety. When I said no, we agreed on full black panels, that was the last time they called me and that was that! Thankfully I have all the communication trail handy showing they weren't up front with me. Terrible business practice. Dodged a bullet on that 'deal!' Looks like the first three reviews from 2017 were self-written - SMH

My system has not been working for over 2 months. They finally gave up and have me working with sunpower directly which has been a complete nightmare. I see no resolution in sight and feel I've wasted my money on them. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else and not sunpower panels.

I WANTED TO SAVE MONEY ON SOLAR PANELS BUT WAS NOT SURE THE PROMISES WERE LEGIT.......WELL WITH SUNPOWER THEY ARE AND MORE........I WAS DELIGHTED TO GET MY FIRST UTILITY BILL ...$2.43..THE SECOND BILL WAS A SHOCKER AS WELL ....$2.43 AGAIN.....AND SINCE MARCH 2017 ...........I AM RUNNING A CREDIT IN MY UTILITY ACCOUNT......WOW.........NOW THATS A GREAT DEAL.....
