I feel like i was camping at home with Tropical Storm Isaias. Getting my power back and just having a great time. This storm was a great test run with Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. This storm was my 1st time with them. I been with them for 4 or 5 years now. I know that to do with the next storm coming with the seasons. I lost my power for 4 days. when 5 day came i got my power back. Power outages and camping fix in great with me. No issue with me!. Washington drive,New Jersey 07446

Unfortunately “zero stars” is not an option. Horrible, constant outages, even on clear normal days like today. Had 2 fridges burnt in 2 1/2 years and when finally decided to file a claim, they rejected as it’s not their fault . As I said, I understand if severe weather plays a factor, but on a clear sunny day, there’s definitely some issues with the grid itself and probably the lack of proper maintenance.

Family recently moved to Allendale. We were told PSEG was power provider. 8:00AM Monday after a month my family woke up to no power. We learned ORU was power provider. Customer service was little help. ORU made our family jump through hoops for 24 hours before they would restore power. No warnings. No letters. No common sense.

Everyone be aware of this location. Just today someone from this location called my boss and said the bill was over due and they were going to cut our service off in 45 mins unless she brought them $1000 cash. After investigating, she called the main o&r # and her account was paid and up to date at this time. I then tried to call the number they had left her and when I questioned things they hung up on me. I proceeded to call the number again and it now was a recording from another power company. I finally got through yet again after several times and as soon as I started to question them, they again hung up on me. My boss then talked to a DEA and he stated that this was a scam across rockland county. It obviously was because our power was never shut off. We have called the police and she even went there in person to make a statement but they couldn't be bothered. I'm not done investigating this but somehow this is a complete scam!!! Please dont go here, go to your local O&R located in spring valley I believe. I will post again when I find out more...to be continued!!!!!!

Call their number and you “gas outage and gas leaks”. After that nothing, same with website. I just want to know how much is gas charge per CCF They just ignore you. They are the only show in town.

Minus 5 stars if I could. Try calling customer service. They go around everything and never give you a chance to talk to anyone. All I wanted to do was talk to a representative. Their website must have been designed by The 3 Stooges because it's just as useless.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It barely rains and we loose power. What didn’t this company learn from last year and the power being out!!!!!!! They will never fix their issues and I’m planning on moving just not to have to have them as a company !!! Absolutely horrible!!!
