Tim Nunn was wonderful. He was professional and knowledgeable. Tim was very patient and answered all of our questions. I was reluctant to go solar because I didn’t like how it would look from the street. He was able to show us that the panels could be placed on the rear roof, and produce enough energy. We needed to have a tree removed because it was hanging over and touching our roof. We asked for a tree removal recommendation and he gave a recommendation of Danny. We quickly got an estimate from Danny and he was able to do the job the next week. The entire process went smoothly and quickly.

Sharif Uddin was my sales man and is probably the most professional businessman I’ve had to work with. He left everything clear and walked us through every step of the way. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. He wasn’t pushy at all and understood all our concerns. This person is your go to guy if you want solar! Within 2 weeks, my solar is already up and running. It was such a quick and easy process and the team was great. They stopped by at 9am and finished a huge system of 28 panels by 12pm. Making a decision to sign on with NewYork Solar was one of the best things I’ve done. I’ve always known that Solar energy is important because it’s a clean, renewable, and limitless source of energy. It can significantly reduce our reliance on fossil fuels.
Several months ago I was feeling like an overwhelmed homeowner. I knew that my roof was not in good condition. There was also an issue with yellow jacks and wasps getting into the home. I received an estimate from a roofer only to find out that there was more damage to the structure of the roof than anticipated. The estimate was for $20k. I decided to make an appointment with New York Solar and I met with Reginald Saint Armand. He was professional, knowledgeable and informative. He really listened to my needs and understood my priority with getting a new roof. Reginald was extra patient throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and even helped with any technical issues I had. He was amazing in navigating the roof replacement and signing on for the solar installation. Reginald kept me updated with every detail prior to the installation date. I highly recommend him. Also the roofing and solar company communicated efficiently with me. They were able to schedule this project after the Fourth of July holiday. The work crew cleaned up nicely. I no longer have the problem with the wasp and bees getting into my house. I am overall extremely satisfied with my new solar panels and roof. Do your own research but do not hesitate. You will save in the long run.
