I was tossing the idea of solar back and forth for a few years. With the addition of a heat pump and ductless unit, I decided maybe it was time to finally commit to something.

Jay was highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. He threw a couple of proposals my way and explained everything in depth with the difference in tax rebates and bridge loans etc.

Everything was handled quickly and really was effortless on my part. Besides paying for the work all I had to do was get 1 paper notorized for the town permit. All pseg/town permits were taken care of and Jay kept me informed the whole time.

Install crew was great. The work is top-notch. Clean neat and organized. After install they even went around and picked up all the tiny little garbage that had blown around.

I absolutely would 10000% recommend Jay and 3 Sons to anyone in the market. Instead of the door knocker salesman, give Jay a call for a proposal.

My system is almost 14 years old. I realized a problem when our LIPA bill was much higher than usual. I saw the inverter had a steady red light. The original installer does not deal with residential systems any longer so I was thinking I might have an issue getting a company to check it out. I called 3 Sons Solar on the chance that they might send someone. It also was a Saturday morning 3/8. Jay answered the phone and after giving him some information, he said he would get back to me. Not one hour later I got a call from his service tech David. He told me he can stop by early the next day which was Sunday 3-9. I can't tell you how pleased I was and also shocked at the response. David came exactly on time and worked to find the problem. He is as professional and knowledgeable as a mechanic can be. He wouldn't leave until fully satisfied. If I could give 10 stars I would. Do not hesitate calling Jay if there is ever a need for anything pertaining to solar.

I found Jay from 3 Sons Solar Energy Solutions by accident. I was not satisfied with the way another company was proceeding so I started calling around. This was the first company I reached out to. After speaking extensively with Jay I knew there was no need to keep searching. Jay provided great customer service and more importantly, great communication. Jay was in my corner the entire time, before, during, and after install. There are many steps involved when going Solar. Jay kept it very organized and simplified the process. Jason is the reason we got this system with this company. We were getting solar but his professionalism, concern and continued support even after it was installed makes it a no-brainer to use this company to save money. Everything was done on schedule and specifically how we wanted it, every step of the way. Jason even comes to the install and looks after the customers home as the install happens.
