We would like to thank Steven Menakis, Regional Manager, for providing excellent customer service and being on top of everything. He always answered our calls and questions very quickly. As for the install crew, Jason the Foreman did an outstanding job. He was EXCELLENT! A very valuable asset to your company. He was very informative and positive. Always showing concern for his crew and their safety. When jason took a shot to the head, i asked him to sit, he just kept going. Everyone was respectful, professional, and efficient. When it began to rain, they all stuck it out and finished the job. We highly recommend EMT Solar to anyone interested in installing solar to their home. Thank you for everything!! It looks so good, you can hardly see the panels. They blend in perfectly with our roof, as we did not want to lose the asthetics of our 100 year old home. 5 stars does not cover how happy we are with EMT Solar.

My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the entire process of our new solar system. Everything when well from time we met with Mike was excellent in explaining the entire solar process and the different options to choose from.
The project managers I met during the installations of the roof were great in keeping in keeping updated with steps by steps photos of the roof work.
The guys that installed the solar system were also very courteous and respectful of our property while working inside and on the roof.

Again this entire process went very smooth.

I really wanted Solar and inquired at a couple locations and I had trees close to the house so no go. I was not willing to cut down my trees, and my roof on the house was 12 years old. Spoke to my friend that just got Solar and had his roof done - and put the Solar on his house roof and garage by EMT. He was very happy with them. So I called EMT - My carport roof needed to be replaced and it was facing South East (not perfect) but far away from the trees. I have included the before and after pictures of the carport. Anyway EMT went through many scenarios with me and the end result was a small system on the carport which faces southeast. It has been active this week end of February into March and I have already had 2 Sunny days that I have produced more electricity than needed for the house. Also what I really like is this setup actually looks good! My neighbor who is an architect (who can see my carport from his Dining Room) complimented how well the blended in to the look of the carport. Unfortunately looks like I have to repaint/repair the carport as the roof and Solar are the best looking part right now. I also might add that I was a very needy customer and EMT worked with me for a great end result.

Survey done for solar panels By James… get guy every professional and skilled. Came out on schedule called before arrival and come to find out he came out last year to do my survey for a previous attempt on getting solar. Great guy with EMT solar! Michael P who did our measurement and took pictures was so professional and very kind and had manners. He was also courteous with communication as to being on his way and arrival time. You don’t to often find professionals who take time and care in there jobs when they come out to your house. I will update you with pictures as work continues as I am happy with the work so far. Now Gordon Jackson the sales rep was very professional as well,he took his time to explain things and even came back the very next day with his lap top and sat down and took his time to explain things again. I definitely recommend EMT Solar and Roofing.
Van and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful, they made sure we understood the process and benefits we would get by going solar. They were available at any time to answer any questions and doubts we would come up with. He would keep me up to date on how the process was going with the permits and explained in detail what were the following steps. Once the installation team came they explained what to expect and they were very respectful of the property. Overall, this solar company is better than the one I had before and like I mentioned above; I would recommend them to anyone!
