Incredible experience. I went to a number of other solar companies to get quotes, but Sun Up was by far the best.

The entire process was seamless. Brad, the sales rep, was thorough and helpful. He answered all my questions and was quick to get me a quote. He wasn’t pushy like some of the other companies’s sales folks.

Brandon and Crystal made this process very convenient. They kept me informed the entire time. Brandon gave a thorough walk through on how to use the app and answered any questions.

Finally, the installers did a perfect job. They installed these panels during the coldest week of the year, and they had no complaints in doing so. The panels look great.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to rid themselves of electric bills!

The entire team was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my requests. The whole process went extremely smooth. We researched 3 different companies for our solar installation and decided on Sun up Zero down. From the beginning speaking with rep about solar in general, to the finances and the installation, Sun up has been there to answer every question and responded to texts or emails quickly! The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about installation and explanations, very neat and efficient at their jobs! The tree guy was also awesome, he explained what trees he was taking down and watched the sun the whole time and trimmed trees around to accommodate and expand coverage. I would highly recommend Sun up Zero down for your solar needs!

Awesome company - from the salesperson, to the installer, to the project manager. They made sure I knew everything I needed to about the system, and the process of going solar. Installers were quick and professional and I am very happy with the work they did. They made sure to update me throughout the process from the contract signing, permitting, the install, and finally the system turn-on. They made sure I knew how to monitor my system through the app after my system was turned on and it’s great to see the energy that’s produced.
