The prices are fair , but more importantly, the employees are honest, knowledgeable and very kind people. Norm in sales , and Kevin in installation deserve another 5 stars! We had our water softener installed about 5 years ago and have been very happy with it. Recently we had scheduled service and everything went as planned - they arrived at the agreed upon time and were very helpful. I also recently had salt delivery (I usually pick it up) and that too went very well. They are very efficient and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. They put my softening system in about a year ago. What a difference! No more chalky residue on the fixtures! Showers feel better! And they deliver the salt to replenish your tank so you don’t have to break your back loading up the car at Home Depot. Great company and great service!

Passaic Bergen was awesome. Extremely responsive and they managed to do everything flawlessly. I shopped around at a couple vendors and they were the most competitive. Mark was the gentleman that did the install for me and he also did an excellent job. Answered all my questions, came in and did the work quickly and I barely knew he was even there.
