Great thanks to the professional team at Servpro of greater Sussex County. My house was devastated by a flood due to a faulty toilet. They were my first call on an early Sunday morning. They expertly guided me to ring my insurance to start a claim. Ryan was my contact and within a few hours Janel, Geo, Amilcar and Ian arrived. They took great care in moving my furniture, cleaning out closets, and ultimately gutting my basement. The explained all the steps and managed the process beautifully. They removed all the ruined materials, swept everything they worked on, and were helpful in asking if we needed support moving our furniture back. While I hope no needs their services if you do you will not be disappointed.

We hired ServPro: Team Blehl to address a water damage issue in our bathroom, and they did such an excellent job!! ServPro was has been the most reliable and professional company I have ever used for my home. When a pipe burst on a Sunday in the middle of winter they had a team at my house in a couple hours cleaning everything up when no other company was open or available. They had powerful fans and other powerful tools that dried out the whole house. The team was incredibly efficient and came back every few days to check and make sure no water was left in the walls or under any floors.
After trying to get quotes from several other companies for the restoration and getting multiple no-shows or people not calling me back, I decided to hire ServPro to to do the renovation as well. They were always quick to call/email me back, answer any questions, and made several revisions to our quote until we were completely satisfied with everything. Prices were also very fair. As for the renovation itself, the team did incredible work, was very thorough, and detail oriented- you can't get better than that when it comes to construction. They didn't cut any corners and actually did more work than was originally quoted just to make sure all the construction matched; without charging me more. I loved that from the pipe bursting to the reconstruction, I was dealing with the same people who got to know me and my house very well. It made me feel good that my house was in good hands. Any questions I had, I could always call their receptionist who was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who has an emergency!

Janel, Amilcar and Danillo showed up quickly to access the water damage in our basement, they bagged all our wet carpet tiles, moved all furniture and set up the equipment to dry up our basement, they were extremely professional and efficient.

When I called in a panic, I was reassured everything was going to be ok. Janele, Geo, and Amilcar showed up and confirmed it was. They were here with in an hour and explained everything that they would be doing. They were very professional and extremely neat. I would highly recommend Servepro of Sussex County.
After the initial clean up was completed Robert and his crew showed up and turn my place back to a home. They were professional and polite, got the job done in the time frame they said they would. There was not alot of noise which is great when you work from home. You couldn't tell anything ever happened.

Wow! These guys don't mess around. Had an heating oil spill in my basement, and next thing I know, is Janel, Amilcar & Donillo show up and in less then 1 day, my basement was cleaner than the day I bought my house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM 💪

When we returned home from vacation we discovered that we had had a water leak, emanating from our kitchen faucet, that soaked down through the kitchen cabinets into the finished basement below. It was a shock and a mess! We called ServPro of Sussex County and they quickly dispatched Janel, Amilcar and Geo to our home. Janel and his team were very professional, helpful and customer focused. They remediated the water damaged mess and prepared the affected rooms for repair and reconstruction. While we hope we will never need to call on ServPro again in the future; if we do we want Janel and his team on the job!
