This company drives up over the curb and parks on my lawn and blocking half sidewalk all day (I checked my security cameras to verify the hours/date/time) all to work on my neighbors house with zero regard to any irrigation heads, drainage, and new seed I applied on my property. I wouldn’t recommend this company if this is how they regard customer service and thinking.

Divine Energy Solutions worked with my parents through the Comfort Partners Program, which is a NJ state program to help low income households weatherproof their home to save money on energy costs. My parents are also seniors so this program has helped them make home more energy efficient so they pay less out of their pocket for electricity and heating. Divine Energy has been easy to work with, good at communication, and every single employee I interacted with has been friendly. We had a small issue and the office was easy and attentive to work out a solution. I enjoyed working with them and their professionalism throughout the experience.

We hired Divine to insulate our attic and basement. They did an excellent job, were reasonably priced, and were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I am writing to bring attention to a critical issue involving the Totowa Weatherization program's contractor, Divine Energy Solutions. The company installed a furnace, oil tank, and new chimney, but failed to inform me that workers would be accessing my roof, resulting in leakage issues. Divine Energy Solutions has denied responsibility for the damage, which has worsened over the past two years. I urgently require roof repairs to ensure my son and I can continue living here, given the current housing rates. Furthermore, the furnace installation appears to be incorrect, leading to ongoing problems. Despite my notifications, Divine Energy Solutions has failed to respond. Another company is currently assessing my furnace, indicating that the incorrect installation is causing further issues. With the extreme cold weather, I am concerned about our well-being and the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Yesterday, I contacted Divine Energy Solutions to request the furnace's make and model for repair purposes, but they refused to provide the necessary information. Additionally, the parts inside my furnace are missing serial numbers. This situation is insane.

I had insulation added to my 100 year old house.
These guys are top notch, 5 star, the bee's knees!
Bill, John and Jose came on time both days. they were professional, friendly and neat. They cleaned up all the mess inside and out. I couldn't believe how smoothly it went, I worried for no reason. They also did "extra" services, replacing 2 CO alarms and my old bathroom vent cover.
Bill showed me pictures of the work done that I could not access myself like the attic and crawl space in the basement.
If you're looking for a company you don't have to worry about, this company is it. I am very satisfied with all the work that was done.

(See update below)Great start but company is uncommunicative. The company was prompt about doing an energy assessment and we agreed to move forward on the quote provided in mid-May. The lending company they recommended was great. However, it’s August and an install day still hasn’t been scheduled. I’ve contacted the company at least 6 times (email and phone) and although they’ve committed to scheduling a date, they’ve never done so.

update 8/25: I received a call from Divine that explained the reason for the miss was an unexpected staffing change that managed the scheduling and paperwork. Given the understandable circumstance, I decided to proceed with the work and will post an update after work has been completed.

Update 10/17: Couldn’t be happier with the work they performed. I was really impressed by their speed and quality of work. I also have been really impressed by Sabrina who has gone the extra to provide great customer service. It was a rocky start with Divine but only temporary because of a staffing change. Would highly recommend
