We were looking at a few companies. This was the third one. The first company was large and gave us a very overpriced quote. The representative tried to rush us into a decision. The second one was a small company which had good reviews but the representative was brash, presumed we hadn't done our research and then tried to play a sleazy bargaining game with us. We went with Sundial because they were direct and honest. The price was fair. Frank - the salesman - took his time explaining everything respectfully and answering questions. He did not push for us to make a decision. We met Alex when he came to inspect the house. Everything went according to plan, they followed up closely on each step of the process. They worked diligently to make the 2020 deadline so that we got the max federal tax credit. Very professional and direct. Easy to get a hold of. Punctual. We were a little low on production in January and February but we have surplus in March, so we're optimistic for the rest of the year.

I called a lot of companies when I decided to go solar. Sundial was the first company who was honest and straightforward with me about the whole process and pricing. The installation crew were true professionals and explained the whole process to me and answered any questions that I had. I've referred two family members already and they are happy with their systems as well!

I contacted Sundial on 7/31, by 9/11/19 the panels were on the roof and wiring completed. They are fast and efficient and offer several different brands of panels. We chose Sunpower panels because of the superior warranty even though they are more expensive, The company is small enough to have lower overhead and very competitive pricing. They are also a Sunpower Authorized Dealer, meaning they are trained and approved to install as well as sell Sunpower panels. I contacted another Homeadvisor solar company and they could sell but not install the panels. This was a surprise that other companies could sell Sunpower but they were not authorized to install them. I also contacted another Sunpower Super Dealer and they were so large that they could not compete price-wise with Alex. This has been a wonderful experience! I can't say enough good things about this company. It is the second time I received an absolutely superior recommendation from Home Advisor. Thank you Alex!

I got a few quotes for a solar system prior, but Sundial was the only one that seemed honest and straightforward. Alex walked me through every step and has always been available with prompt answers when I have questions. Just got my first SREC payment today and can't be happier.

I would highly recommend. Getting questions answered sometimes took awhile but they were doing everything they needed to for you in the background the whole time. The installation looks great on my house; they spent quite a bit of time making the cabling all invisible from the outside. I spent a lot of time researching solar before hiring, they do only do top quality panels without price gouging you.

They are very professional installers. Honest, hard working, and not sure what Dylan and DPMP mean but their customer service after the fact is absolutely top notch and they 100% are accredited! Would recommend them to everyone.
