I would like to thank everyone at Metro for having amazing staff across the board. From the service technician who services my furnace to the representative who came to educate me on replacing the tank. Today Metro came to replace an old oil tank that's probably at least 65 years old. A crew of three arrived and went straight to work removing the remaining oil and putting it into a temporary tank in my driveway. Then proceeded to cut the old steel tank into pieces and removed it. Longer story short they installed the new Roth tank and have my furnace up and running in less than 5 hours. The crew left my basement cleaner than it was before they arrived. There were instructions the crew asked me to do about calling Metro to make a temporary fuel delivery because there was only 20 gallons left. I called in and spoke to Veronica. I've spoken with her a couple of times during the week and all I can say about her is that she is the most kind, considerate, caring and helpful individual I've ever spoken with on a professional level. All my questions were answered and if there was something she couldn't answer she would direct me to someone who could. I am very thankful for everyone who helped my family.!

Today I just spoke with Claudia, your rep, who was immensely helpful in helping me discern the available options & pricing for renewing my Oil Program Agreement. I appreciate that she was very patient & so clear in explaining the nuances of the choices offered. I was able to make my selection & “lock in” for another year as a result of her intervention. Claudia made the decision very clear-cut for me. I am thankful for her help.

The customer assistant Rita was wonderful. She worked with me to find a suitable date for my oil burner clean out. She was very helpful and answered all my concerns. Rita went above and beyond to assist me. I would like to add that I spoke to Debbie on 11/18 and she also very helpful and pleasant to speak with. She gave me some information I needed and was very knowledgeable and professional. It’s been a pleasure to speak with both wonderful and helpful customer service agents. Thank you.

I came home last evening to a very cold house. Since it was after hours I spoke to the answering service who said someone would call me. Within 10 minutes Fred called back. He said he was just finishing a job in Bayonne and would be to my house in 5 minutes. He was here in no time, solved the problem and had the furnace running within an hour. I am very grateful for his knowledge and efficiency!
