These people are scammers and will double the supply charge of what your current electricity company charges. Do not work with these people, they quickly try to get you into signing a contract with the promise of lowering your bill, it's a bunch of crap. Don't do it if they come to your door, ignore them and say you don't want to do it and if they try to coerce you ignore them.

Scammers told my father in law he would get cheaper electricity and we payed double rate for months! Costed us nearly 1000 in damages. I hope they get hit with a class action lawsuit

BEWARE!!! Somehow I got signed up without my knowledge. 2 guys came to my door a few months ago asking to see my utility bill, which I refused to do, and turned them away. When I called to cancel the service I never signed up for, the customer service rep told me they only sign people up in person bc they need to see your license. I most certainly did not provide my license to anyone, nor did I sign anything, so they’re clearly committing fraud.

Salesman came to my house saying he was here only to verify I had a reimbursement check for some fees on utility bill. He asked for account info and “updated” his end for check but clearly it was a contract he was trying to get me into. Asked if he was here to change my supplier and at first denied it but after asking again before making the call he did say he was switching it. Please ask salesman questions before providing any information. Nice guy though.

Median Energy is a total SCAM.Don't belive them when thay say that you are going to pay less because you are going to pay 3 times more. I attached some pictures to show how much I payed before Median Energy and how much I paid after
