They used to be called Solar Xchange before Vision Solar (and is most likely called something else now). I used to work for them. Like most telemarketing jobs, they required you to work 40-50 hours a week and just spam the hell out of anyone that would pick up their phone. The worker was just as stressed out as the customer who was getting pressured. For the most part as the worker, we had no idea what the hell we were doing and were just going off a script and were there for the paycheck. Very glad to hear that they went bankrupt. Loved my managers cause they knew all of this was BS and were flexible with many situations. The owners get what they deserve.

Bobby and his crew did a very clean install very neat and clean. Thrilled with the whole process!! Thank you guys. Also Giamo and billy did a fantastic job explaining the process.

Keep shopping, do not use Vision Solar, I had to get my homeowner's insurance involved to fix the leaks and other damage they caused to my home from their install. First they installed they panels incorrectly and had to remove and reinstall them elsewhere. They didn't fill in the holes they created so my roof began to leak and ruined my newly renovated kitchen. Care was not made when re-installing the new panels, they drilled through my roof and through my shiplap ceiling and promised to repair, this never happened, they ruined my ceiling. When calling in to get someone to return and repair their mistakes weeks after their install, I was hung up on, transferred to limbo indefinitely and was never called back. This wasn't a call and forget about it, I had been calling them for two years to get these issues resolved! I finally gave up and got my insurance involved to begin the repairs less my deductible.

Vision Solar will probably reply to this review and say to call them and make things right but we all know it's fluff for public appearance. If they wanted to make things right, they would have made the effort years ago when I would call them asking for help or even buckets to save my attic insulation, kitchen cabinets and crown moldings from rainwater. Vision Solar doesn't care about you, they care about the huge payout they receive for the install.

Mark V and his crew did a phenomenal job today installing our solar panels and integrating it into our electrical system. They were extremely cooperative with our expectations and the entire crew was very neat and clean. The panels look great and arranged nicely on the roof. Mark answered all of my questions and his explanation of the system was very knowledgeable and understandable. I highly recommend this crew!

The problem I have had with them is that to guarantee that you follow through, once you sign up. They put a lien on your house and never remove it. I didn’t find out about it until a title search was done for a equity loan. And dealing with their concierge department, they can be rude. I give them credit, they responded back quick. They tell you to call the customer support to get your feedback. But that just takes you to concierge and I will not deal with them. I asked for Sophia who responded back to me, but she is in scheduling and they don’t receive calls. How are you to deal with a person who responds to your complaint when you cannot talk to that person?

The installer did not seal the areas where they placed the panels support and this resulted in a leak of my roof. This was verified by a inspection by a roofer. They are telling me they don't know when they would get to do the repair and my contract prohibit me from using another company. I had to wait a full year before the unit was functional.

Pottstown PA here. You lied about the costs and how much I'd save. Then left my newly installed roof leaking after a crappy install with a super amateur team. Never trimmed my trees as was part of the contract. Said you'd be back to do that, but now you're bankrupt. Hilarious... So now I can't get ahold of anyone, but I've got panels that don't produce what was promised and a leaking roof. Predatory business practices to the maximum and I will make sure you pay to fix my roof and then some.
