Professional, respectful, honest and would highly recommend to my friends and family. The entire crew showed up on time, was respectful to my family and my dog ( that wanted hugs), worked tirelessly and cleaned up every room. They explained everything that was going on and asked suggestions and input prior to doing something. From the initial consultation of explaining the different products that were offered to the setting up of the application on my phone. They were knowledgeable, meticulous and took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had (which often is a lot). Definitely the best and easiest company to work with as we had received other quotes that were lower, but felt that they were the most honest and knowledgeable in their field. Every single person from the team has been professional and attentive to our needs. We went back and forth on the right number of units and brand with sales rep then project manager wa fighting with our building department for whole 3 weeks for permit approvals. The lead contractor made great suggestions on units placement and water drainage. All smalls things we brought up to their attention were immediately addressed , no questions asked. They did not leave our house until they walked us through all nuances of the installation and unit usage. We are very happy with the outcome. Working with ICS has been an absolute delight—not something I say lightly. But from moment one to right now—as I feel the cool air on my back from my newly-installed, multi-zone, climate-and-wallet-friendly heat pump system—the ICS team has been clear, communicative, respectful, effective, and all-around great.

ICS was both more affordable and more knowledgeable about heat pump installation than other contractors I spoke with, and came recommended by others in the local community, making them the natural choice for this project. Speaking of natural: I had them rip out my old natural gas furnace from the early 90s and a builder-grade central air unit, replacing both with a heat pump system (one central unit and two mini-splits).

The ICS crew that did the work — José, Mohammad, and Louis — were incredibly hardworking, patient, clean, and reliable. I can't speak highly enough of their work and attitude. They treated my home like their own.

Jordan provided outstanding service and expertise while installing a pan defrost heater in our Daikin VRV AC system. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were truly top-notch. He took the time to explain the process, ensured everything was installed perfectly, and left the area spotless. It’s rare to find such a skilled and dedicated technician—Jordan exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, ICS was easy to work with, answered all our questions and had lots of resources that explained their work. They were very patient as we made our decisions. Their installers were top notch. They kept us in the loop of what they were doing, and brought in an extra crew to help get things finished ahead of bad weather. Even so, they worked outside in rain and drizzle. They cleaned up every day and we appreciated that on the last day Jose stayed late to finish up and make sure all was running smoothly. ICS was very responsive after initial installation, coming back to make a modification. And they spent time making sure we understood all the features of the new equipment. We installed a heatpump system to replace aging A/C and steam heat, keeping existing boiler as back up. We would definitely recommend them.
