Just awful and rude. Same experience as others. Stupidly I bought a home with solar panels already installed. Shortly after move in there's a leak that's seeping into multiple rooms but the contractor says it's "not from the solar" of course, even though I was shown the problem, the leak and the damage while they were there. 3 grand to remove the panels to then replace the entire roof (10k and financially my full responsibility by the way). NJRs response? "That has nothing to do with us, if you want the panels removed you have to pay our contractor". Not suspicious at all that the consumer can't get their own contractor. And guess what? If they damage the new roof , no liability on them either and I'm just SOL for more in repairs. And no buyout in the contract, pretty strange for a lease but who am I, just the dumb consumer 🙄. Stay far away. I pay monthly for this garbage and still get slapped with huge electric bills in a tiny home with one occupant. Pointless. Nothing but a headache since day one.

I got solar panels and had a problem after this snow storm and the snow just sits on the panels and when it starts coming down it was too much for my gutter and it damaged my gutter. I called and all they had to say was that it’s on the contract that they are not responsible and I should be careful and enter from the back of my home. Like I always say they are all good until something is wrong and

If I could give them a zero, I would. I regret the day I let them step into my house. There are way better companies out here and I missed that opportunity. No one answers the phone, I leave left them several messages, no return calls. I have only had the chance to communicate through email. What a mess!

Called and spoke with a representative, she was very helpful and assisted me with the paperwork I needed as I am refinancing and required it. Very pleased with their customer service.
