I have been a Dead River customer going on 25 years. I never needed to or wanted to go any where else for my home heating needs. Dead River have always been there for me. There technical support is top notch and will come out to fix a problem at any time. I have always had automatic oil delivery. Oil deliveries have always been on time at a competitive cost. With Dead River as my home oil and heating company, I never had to worry.

Possibly the only oil company that refuses emergency deliveries? After running our furnace more frequently due to a cold snap, I called and requested an emergency delivery. I was then informed they “don’t do that”, which to my understanding was illegal- especially in the winter. Instead I was told to put diesel in our tank and burn that until they fill us up- which could take up to 10 days. Terrible costumer service, and terrible service in general

My oil furnace was leaking water I called the emergency service center at 7:03am they took my information. I got a return call in less than 10 minutes a serviceman named Ed from the Plymouth NH office was at my house by a little past 8:00am by 8:45 am our leaked was repaired awesome service so glad we went with Deadriver very satisfied

I’ve said this before and will say it again……..I dumped Amerigas Gas several (5) years ago when they couldn’t get there act together with fuel delivery or customer service. Dead River ALWAYS picked up the phone. I’ve had uneventful service since. Thank you Dead River. You run a top notch company and I am very happy we made the change.

I've had an ongoing set of problems with a hydronic furnace I acquired with a recent home purchase. Dead River has been fantastic in resolving them for me with very timely response to requests for service and diligent, tenacious attention to resolving sometimes difficult-to-diagnose problems. Unit is working better than ever now. I can recommend Dead River with no reservations. The service culture is excellent.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and the entire time they have been helpful and pleasant. I have been using them for servicing my furnace as well for the past 3 years and they have always been prompt and professional when coming to my home and doing the required work, whether it be a typical yearly check up or if there is an actual issue with my heating system. I recommend them to anyone and are in my opinion the best company to do business with if you are dealing with oil heat and the devices that utilize it.

What excellent service I just had from Dead River! I needed my gas pressure adjusted for my fireplace insert. He arrived sooner than expected, he explained everything thoroughly, he was polite and respectful! Thank you Rich and Dead River for always providing such excellent service!
