Was a good company. They offered a deal that sounded too good to be true and it was. Told me to pay $10/month for a meter with them refilling propane at no extra charge then turned around and told me I basically owe them over $200 for the past 2 months. Why would I want a meter for $10/month when I could see the gauge myself? I only got it because of the promised “free refills”. They’ll lie to you and don’t care about the complaints so I’ll take it up with the BBB and file a complaint there as well as let anyone and everyone I know that needs propane not to go through this shady company.

I've had Eagle Energy now for years, but since the merger I have been having a hard time getting them to come out and fill me. I hate having them make me wait until I have dropped below 10%! I call and requested a fill up and they wouldn't budge from my scheduled fill 7 days away...Then you end up scared to use the heat! I miss the old crew in Reno, because the new crew in Maryland just doesn't seem to care. If you pay for the propane, why do they care how much you use? I don't need someone 3k miles away to tell me to ration it better, I just want the propane delivered.

I have been using Eagle Energy for a few years now. My interactions with employees was limited since we did will-call but every time I called the customer service was great and the delivery quick and efficient. Unfortunately, life has been hectic, we hadn't checked our tank and we completely ran out of propane last night at 5:10pm. The after hours call center was easy to reach and the gentleman was polite, told me the on-call tech would call me within 20-30 minutes. Sean called me exactly an hour later and he was great. Really nice and great customer service. Ultimately decided we could wait until the morning for the fill-up because there was a significant wait time. Bradley came out the next morning and he too was incredible. He called me to let me know he'd be there soon and I was halfway to taking my kid to daycare; he told me not to turn around or rush, he would get started and wait for me. He got us re-lit and everything done super quickly and with a smile on his face. They also waived all of the fees associated with running your tank to empty since I signed up for auto-fill, so that saved us some money. Just overall a very positive experience with multiple employees; happy to give a 5 star review and continue to give them my business.

The staff at Eagle Energy is awesome. From front office and billing to the delivery drivers, each is friendly and professional. I like that I can call the LOCAL office and actually get a live and knowledgeable person. The drivers always call about 15 min out to let me know they are headed to the house so we can bring the dogs inside.

I have been with Eagle for about 6 years. I have been very happy during those years. I ran out of propane last Sunday, made the request for a refill that morning and checked when the tank will be refilled on Tues. Morning and was told I am scheduled for Friday. I spent Tues. Morning looking for another company to replace Eagle and am looking forward to calling them and telling them to come pick up their tank.
