Service staff that helped me with a water leak was excellent! Very quick to respond and fixed my leak promptly. Leaking water pipes are a nightmare of mine and they were very helpful.

Of ur 2 weeks late they shut you off so they can gouge u with a reconnect fee...oh and they charge $4 to pay them over the phone...$4 to give them money? Horrible...

Svgid is a great water utility company. The customer service is great and the field staff is very knowledgeable. They have a very fast response time with any called in emergencies and are very helpfull. Ive never had any issues with their services or billing. I can't speak about the fees, as I've always paid my bill on time in full.

Last year only 1500 gallons of water...
Last month 6000 gallons now this month 8000 gallons something must be wrong with their meter... had them check it several times and my usage keeps going up... wish I knew why

Honestly, the worse utility service company to exist.
Customer service? What service? When they do answer they don’t know what’s going on half the time and the other half they don’t want to talk to you about it. They hang up if they don’t feel like answering the question.

The bill is NEVER due on the same day each month so you never know when you have to pay. Then to add to that they don’t believe in auto pay so good luck with that. The cherry on top? If you get disconnected, the after hours service is there to tell you they can’t reconnect it till you get a hold of the office the next day… what’s the point of an after hours service? Why not just have a voicemail at that point?

To top all of it off, it’s SVGID or no water. No choices in who you hire just this or no service.

Only reason for 4 stars is its never due on the same day, but there's been a few times I'm 2 or 3 days late, because I always forget that it's never due the same day it was the previous month. Never had an issue, always pay online, never had to talk to anyone. Seems simple enough. Some of these other reviews are hilarious to me with the senseless complaints.
It's a utility company folks. Pay your bills and it won't be shut off

Every time I have called in relation to our water bill they have been very helpful and answered questions or resolved the situation as quickly as possible.
