Ronda changed my life. Simple as that. When I came to Ronda I could barely get out of bed to go to work - I would often have to call in and let them know I was going to be a couple of hours late. When I got home I would lay on the couch for hours. I could feel my body slowly shutting down. I had figured out that it was gluten and grains that had done the damage (thanks to watching a recording of Ronda speaking from a conference about the symptoms) but while I had stopped most of the damage by removing them from my diet a few months previous, I didn't know how to actually help my body heal.

I loved how confident Ronda was that she could help me when I had been feeling utterly powerless, especially after I had visited a doctor who agreed to test my iron levels and then just sent me home with no advice or help to offer.

It took me about 6 months to really get on top of things. We went through each organ in my digestive system starting at the top and got things functioning again. It's insane the difference and it scares me to think where I'd be now if I hadn't seen Ronda. I believe I first saw her in 2013, and not only did she guide me through repairing my entire digestive system, she taught me simple criteria that still define how I choose to eat today.

I am now 24 yrs old, have quit my job and run 4 businesses, and despite having an autoimmune condition I know I can trust my body not to fail me as long as I treat it well. I can show up and deliver for my clients on a regular basis and that's an incredible feeling!
