I met Dr Caroline about 9 months ago at a LifeWave conference in Orlando. While walking back to our hotel for a lunch break we struck up a conversation. It did not take me long to realize that she possessed knowledge that I needed, not knowing her primary professional background. Over lunch her enthusiasm for helping and healing was evident and her knowledge was much deeper than the how, why and where to apply patches. She told me she was a Fuctional Medicine practitioner, a term I had not heard. Before so she proceeded to enlighten me. Having already been cautiously skeptical of western medicine she quickly gained my attention.
During the next two months, I experienced a couple health scares, one being a pulmonary embolism, the other I formed sepsis from an unexpected UTI, both of which required a great Deal Of Antibiotics. I called Dr Carolyn to seek her opinion after the emergencies were over And she recommended that we first start a Gut restoration program that lasted for about six months. At the end of those six months. I came away feeling better physically, and I wanted to proceed to the next level where she recommended a cleansing program. The cleansing program lasted 21 days which Was not difficult to do after having been through the gut restoration. Because of both programs I feel healthier, more active And look physically better than I have since my late 30’s early 40’s, and at 74 years old That’s saying something. The one piece of advice I would give to anyone considering working with Dr Caroline is to be committed to the process and you will get the results.

Unfortunately I have been dealing with health and wellness issues for almost 10 years. I have been to my primary care dr, specialists and naturopaths trying to get my issues under control and have had almost no luck at getting better. It’s always been the same response. Your tests look good. You’re young and healthy but let me write you multiple prescriptions to mask your symptoms. I didn’t want another prescription. I wanted to know what was actually happening in my body. I was introduced to native sun from a family friend. I was very skeptical about doing everything remote but honestly it has been so convenient. We have been working together now for almost 3 months. My initial thoughts were that she was extremely thorough, and that if I wanted to be one of her patients, I would need to really make an effort and an investment in improving my health. Finding Dr. Williams has definitely been a life changer. I first came to her feeling hopeless after being diagnosed with Hashimotos autoimmune disease. Dr Williams was great with my 8 year old son. She was calm and so knowledgeable.
