Completa assenza di professionalità nella gestione del cliente.
Dopo aver fissato il sopralluogo il 31 luglio sono letteralmente spariti. A distanza di 45 giorni non ci hanno mai fatto pervenire il preventivo, eludendo messaggi e chiamate o rispondendo "vi richiamiamo subito" senza poi farlo. Posso capire il periodo estivo (le ferie le facciamo tutti) ma farsi inseguire da un possibile cliente per 45 giorni senza nessun tipo di comunicazione chiara su tempistiche, su eventuali problemi o altro ma semplicemente sparendo, denota una grave assenza di professionalità.
