Billing support had the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any customer support line. The woman on the line talked back to me multiple times. She lacked any kind of patience and had what many would call an attitude. Overall she was helpful with paying my bill, but her long drawn out sighs and sniped mockery of reading together both my routing and checking number back at the same time, made me feel quick to get the experience over with. Unfortunately she slurred her name at the beginning so I don't quite remember. I think it was Jenna.

If I could give negative stars for this company I would. They took a good amount of money out of my account and refused to credit it to my account. My bank called and spoke with them, we sent them transactions, pictures and statements. They still refused to credit the amount to my bill. The women was rude talked back to me the entire conversation and eventually hung up on me because I told her I didn't care about a bill from a month ago! I don't care about last months bill I am calling about this months bill. Do not use them if you do not have to. Call Farmers Electric for any power needs. Xcel is a JOKE!

Meter readers don’t ever read it and just “estimate” way too high because they are too lazy to get out of their air conditioned trucks and actually look.
