A public power utility in title only. In reality, merely a middleman reselling nppd power. They refuse to even chat on the phone about residential renewable energy options and their integration into the public grid. They do not obey the cold weather rule and will shut off power when it is -20 for a $100 delinquency. And what is the deal with the receptionist? Personality like a can opener. Presently, the office is closed for covid and their phone is permanently busy. I need to pay my delinquent bill with some cash that I've been carrying around for 2 days, but I cannot
