Lady on the phone (J) was rude. Asked them for help with something and the woman talked down to me. I used to receive my service through them a lot and changed my whole mind. Once I mentioned my tribe, I started getting a negative undertone. If you’re indigenous don’t use this service. They don’t want anything to do with you.

Poor treatment of customers. Was hired to fix leak on a propane tank, and when there was clearly still a problem they refused to come back and look at it unless we came up with the money up front to put a lot more propane in it.
