I have rented several times from this Enterprise store. They are kind and always accommodating. They are open on Saturdays which is so very helpful for those of us who travel for work. They will also stay late to help

So I had a rental car in February. I returned the rental back. I had a toll transponder that was in there. I accidentally left it in the rental car. Then a whole month/month and a half later it’s in someone’s car with an Illinois plate. I live in ga. My car has ga plates, the rental I had, had ga plates. The person with Illinois plates used the tolls in fl. They used all my balance and put my account into the negative. My guess is one of the workers stole it and put it in a rental car they got from another state. The only other option is the workers who clean out the car didn’t notice it and another customer stole it. I highly doubt this though the customer would have thought it came with the car and wouldn’t want to get in big trouble. So you guys can investigate on your end and see if one of the workers used one of your rental cars and/or who cleaned the car I had. The car that was using my stolen transponder with Illinois plates their license plate number is cg4088. See if that’s a rental y’all have and who used it. This employee should be fired. I will not be returning as a customer. Before this situation, I was given a car with no heat and freezing so I had to waste time bringing it back. The time before that y’all would never answer the phone when I kept needing to extend my rental agreement. If someone leaves something behind, call the customer and tell them. Whoever did this is dumb though because they take pictures at the tolls. That’s how I got your plate number. I filed a police report. Good luck thief.

The car is good, never had a problem with the car. The staff is not knowledgeable enough with how to handle foreign customers. We were stressed and were not happy. For foreigners who will read this review, you won’t need an international license, it is recommended if your license is not in English, it is not required. My husband’s driving license is in English and from United Kingdom. Also, we informed them that we will pay using debit card but still they charged our credit card and was informed that we didn’t inform them but we did. So there is lack of communication with the staff. Will not rent with them next time we visit.

Terrible experience. Rented a car that the door handle was broke and we didn't realize til several days after having it. Told them and they blamed us. And the manager or assistant manager (can't remember) was super unprofessional and rude. They charged us the 500 dollar insurance fee or whatever. We just had a kid and definitely can't afford to pay it. Honestly will do whatever it takes to never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to as well. I'm sure other ones in different towns are okay but I would avoid this one at all cost.

Amber and Cortez provide excellent customer service. Rental car was clean and gas on full which makes it easier when returning it so can just return full. Also I forgot to erase my info from Uconnect but Amber did it for me when she took the car back in. Great experience.

Not very satisfied at all. Not the Dublin Georgia location. Misleading information and still haven't recieved an invoice. Even after calling the corporate office, there is still no invoice. The employees called me from the Dublin office and denied the information to what they said. Told me the area supervisor would be contacting me and as if yet , I have not heard from anyone pertaining to my rental. When I checked the vehicle in they stated that they printer was down and I requested an EMail of my statement and still haven't gotten one.
