Wow... I never thought installing Solar Panels in my complicated roof and renovated house would be easy. Due to the total renovation of my house 12 years ago, I had wires going all over the place and I had no clue how they all hooked up. I realized it would be a challenge, but the people at Native Solar really tried to work with me and my unconventional home and very difficult life circumstances. In all Native Solar's efforts I have to acknowledge 3 people who went above and beyond in helping me with all my issues:

I highly recommend using Native Solar, LLC. Their technician, Sergio, came out to repair my solar panels and did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and resolved the issue quickly. Great service all around!

I had 4000 watts added to my existing off grid 7800 watts because 2023 was SOOOOO hot that the generator ran over 100 hours during the summer. Last year San Antonio had 75 100+ days. This year, SA only had 25 100+ days but my generator didn't come one once to refill the batteries.

When Native Solar designed my system to add in the 4000 watts, they included removing my 4800 watt inverter and replacing it with a 15,000 watt inverter. It might be a bit too much inverter BUT I see improvements. I have a sensor (TING) on my electric system that monitors voltage and spikes and brownouts. Before the new system, we had a brown out every time the water pump came on. Sometimes 15-20 times a day. The house lights would dim and the clocks would glitch. Since the new system came online 5 months ago, we have had ONE brownout and that was in the first month.

I recently met Derek at Native Solar and I mentioned to him some concerns that I had about the solar that was installed on my home several years ago by another company. Derek recommended to have his technical crew come out to see if they could find anything wrong with our system. From the moment a ticket was issued in their system, the communication was unbelievable. Technicians came out to my home, performed inspections on my system and to my surprise, they found a couple of inverters that were burnt out. They ordered parts and were back out replacing everything that needed to be replaced to get my system back up and functioning properly within a week. I honestly wish I had purchased my solar solution through Native Solar because it was nice having a team of individuals that I could follow up with. I didn’t have that with the company who did the install years ago. My advice to anyone looking for solar is to be sure to work with a company like Native that will continue to service your home years beyond the initial install. Go with Native Solar, they will be available to help for years to come. I wish I had but I’m glad I found them now!

Taking down and then replacing 78 solar panels after having my roof replaced is not an easy task and it cannot be rushed. Native did a wonderful job as they carefully detached each panel stored them on the property and then returned to install. All while making sure each panel is reconnected and working properly. Straight up, these guys are legit. Previous company was … well they’re no longer around. Native took a look at my system and gave me several options financially to complete my battery add-on. They came by to verify things were wired up properly and when I emailed… THEY RESPONDED!!!!! Holy Crap!!!! A company that responds to emails and cares about the customer.

I met Amber and the team at Native Solar when they came to the Helena, MT area. They are professional, thorough and very knowledgeable about the solar energy process. They handled everything seamlessly and kept me informed of the process throughout the project.
