My grandmother has been living here for four years now, and it is truly a great place. The staff and other residents are all really nice. Residents are given the option to participate in many in-house activities, such as movie nights, Bible study, exercising, etc. Field trips and transportation for errand runs are also offered to residents. The Tower is located in downtown Decatur next door to a fire station, which is very reassuring.

All things are relative and this place is affordable. It is not high-end but the people are very nice. My father lived there for the last year of his life and I am just getting around to writing a review although he passed away at the end of last year. The staff are genuinely concerned for the welfare of their residents. They helped us arrange for services they don't provide like transportation, nursing, etc.

The other residents were very nice and conversational. They always said hi and inquired about my father's well being. It was a difficult search to find places at the lower end of the price scale and I couldn't be more pleased with these folks.

The location is a real bonus. It is in the heart of Downtown Decatur so you are within walking distance of just about everything you'd need including haircuts, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, Marta, even live music!

I came here on September 6th. And ever since then I have found a wonderful place to live a long life here. The people here are wonderful and lovable. The staff is wonderful I love the staff they help us out with anything that we need. And I feel very comfortable living here since the time came here on September the 6th. Few days before my birthday on the 10th of September. And I have just enjoyed activities over here to get to mingle with different people and enjoy their company. And the thing I give thanks to God for being in a wonderful place for us seniors. And I think God for pastor Dr. Phillips Who provided this place for all of all seniors and workers and staff to Joy being at and to live in fellowship. In Jesus' name, I pray amen.

It has every thing I need in one building. MARTA transit very near.
Staff very helpful. Clean, quiet, pet friendly, lots of activities. Apartments are good sizes, thick walls for privacy. Administration is excellent; fair, helpful. Staff great especially social workers and Maintenant dept. I am ☺ happy here!!
