This is also perfect for anyone who works/studies at Emory, its only a 6-8 min drive and the Emory shuttle has a stop right down this building!

I have enjoyed living here since 2016. The amenities are great and maintained well. The residents are friendly and the staff are kind, professional, and efficient. In the leasing office, Jacoby and Jennifer are friendly and professional. Mark Anthony maintains the property efficiently and thoroughly while keeping friendly rapport with residents. He is a hard worker. I see him working at all hours and he is always polite and professional. 1133 is also fun with many resident events in the clubroom and beyond.

I have been very pleased with my experience here. Jennifer Carter, who works in the office has been especially helpful in many different ways. She’s always ready to listen to any problem that arises and immediately deals with the situation.
When maintenance of some kind is required in the apartment, Mark, the maintenance guy, is always quick to respond and quick to fix the problem. It’s difficult to find anything negative about this experience.

The leasing staff are wonderful. Ruben, Jakoby, and Kevyn have gone above and beyond to help us settle into our new apartment. Their customer service is exceptional! They have always been prompt and helpful in addressing any concerns we had. Likewise, Antwon has always promptly fixed issues related to the new door lock and appliances. My husband and I value the fantastic service the leasing and maintenance staff provides. They have made our seven-plus years stay in this community wonderful! Kudos and thanks to the team!
