Every now and again you stumble across a fantastic employee in a company that just makes your day. And because of their great attitude, that person actually makes you feel like you're more than just another number. So far, every time I've had an issue with billing or any other questions with Truby, one of the reps that has been outstanding and assisted kindly is Debbie. Hard to do if you're one that answers the phones. What a fantastic representation to have as the voice of your company. Such a sweet lady willing to help however she can to resolve whatever the issue *with a great attitude. I'm a business owner of over 40 years. I run my own successful companies and fully understand how hard it is to find someone to represent you well when you're not there to do it yourself. So my hat's off to Truby for hiring a such a great lady and a wonder representation who actually demonstrates exactly how a company should be represented over the phone. Good job Debbie! You're one of the good ones and a rarity in today's workforce!

This company cheats its customers. One of their technicians came out and informed us there was a leak, I check everything in the house, nothing was on. I tell them that, but he decided to notate that I turned something off when I didn’t. Now I have to pay 150 for an issue that they felt the need to pass on to me. This is ridiculous, no company should have a monopoly on your water. It’s already bad enough that it’s PVC piping that is less than a foot underground and unburied in numerous places. We can’t even get the road paved because they are too cheap to bury the lines deeper. Worst water company I’ve ever had to deal with. If they provide the service to a house you are about to buy, do not follow through. I would give them a zero if I could.
