Ran into Gary years ago and have never been disappointed! Kim, Jo, Ryan and Jon always have great solutions and are willing to go the extra mile to find creative solutions for their customers from jetting nozzles to a recent issue I had with a new US Jet unit they weren’t willing to help fix. Best place for us to get parts for our Picote machine, as well as parts for our Jetter and cameras. Service has been excellent, I am often asking for a part or item I don’t have a number for or know how to reference it, but I always have a quote and lead time quickly, and I greatly appreciate that, as that is not the norm with most supply houses.

World class service!!! I had never done business with Jetter Depot and called to inquire about some new jetter hose and it came up in conversation that I had an ongoing issue with our 4018 US Jet Jetter which I had already bought repair parts for from US Jetting directly. However after months of playing phone and email tag with US Jet, they could not produce a wiring diagram that I needed in order to wire in the replacement parts since a like for like replacement was no longer available. Between Kim, Jo, and Jasen they had the wiring diagrams I needed to me in 2 hours. This company knows more about US Jetting machines than US Jet does. They are our new jetting supplier.
