Mill Creek's customer service was exceptional. I had not planned well and was on a tight timeframe. They fit me in, followed up and the associate, Cameron, that worked on my job communicated above and beyond before and after the process. Very disappointed in the service provided. Terrible communication from Conner and Zach. Sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails all were ignored until I called in and spoke to the receptionist. They sent me a soil report without a percolation rate and it took almost 2 weeks and multiple emails and phone calls to get a half hearted effort and basically a barely passing score of 90. Also pushing hard for customers to buy a KSAT which supposedly has more details but is a ridiculous 1200 extra. Basically do not waste your time with this company. I ended up going with Earth Works and they actually responded quickly and took the time to explain the entire scenario in person and onsite, unlike Mill Creek.

Just to be clear the soil test done by Earth Works passed with a perc rate of 65, when Mill Creek gave it a 90. This is probably bc the actual licensed person from Mill Creek never even came to the property.

From the President (Richard Fanning) to his expert team of environmental professionals and scientists (e.g., Jamie Truitt and Savanna Klem), I received immediate, courteous, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful assistance and communications. The project I was working on had a short time line, and the wonderful folks at MCE came through time and again with rapidly produced reports, answers to questions, and communications that were essential to my project. I recommend the expert professionals of MCE unreservedly. And, I will call on them again when need arises.

Had someone come out to do the level 3 soil test. Complained from the beginning, was yelling and cussing while trying to do his cores. Ended up not doing the cores and billed $350 for a site visit. Do not recommend.

Updated: Had another company come and do the test by hand. No issues
