I called this company after seeing the van at our neighbors. Lucy was so friendly and set up a same day appointment. I had had 5 other quotes.After talking with Keatlin who was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and friendly and we decided to purchase our hvac system.
The guys Jose,Able,Xavier and Jordy showed up on time and got right to work . Jose was such a great leader and so friendly and professional. Able was incredible too! He worked so hard all day to ensure everything was perfect and soo friendly. I loved all the guys so much I even bought them lunch because they were all working so hard .thank you guys for being awesome and installing our new amazing system!

Iāve been a loyal Ragsdale customer for over five years. They installed two HVAC systems in my home and I am very pleased with them. However, the true test of the quality of a business (or a person) is the response when something does not go quite right. Ragsdale is a company that steps up, every time.
I had a plumbing issueāwater leaking from underneath a tubāwhich was not properly diagnosed by myself or the first plumber Ragsdale sent on the service call. When I realized what the actual problem was, that technician said basically āWe donāt do that kind of job, call a handyman.ā I was disappointed in his response and his reasoning for it, so I left a less-than-stellar review. Later that day, I received a call from Ragsdale customer support, apologizing for the misunderstanding and asking to send another technician out to fix the actual problem, which was an improper seal around the bottom of the tub. The technicianāJoshācame over this morning and expertly troubleshot the problem. He contacted his supervisor to make sure all problems were being addressed fully, and then he resealed the tub. He then offered me a piece of brilliant advice regarding another small plumbing problem I was having, which I am sure will fix that issue as well. (Has to do with pouring strong vinegar down the drain to get rid of rotten egg smells.)
Bottom line, Ragsdale Heating, Air, and Plumbing has achieved a level of greatness almost unheard of nowadays. I will never use any other company for my HVAC and plumbing needs. Ragsdale ranks among the top five of all businesses Iāve ever dealt with, in over 60 trips around the sun. I unhesitatingly give them five stars and recommend them. Thanks guys!

I would like to give great praise to Ben Chapman, a Ragsdale Plumber. Our water line was broken. In addition to water going everywhere, our family was facing a difficult time without water. Ben Arrived quickly and sized up the problem. He discussed several options and explained each step. He went to work right away and quickly had the repair made using modern materials, tools and techniques. He was exactly who we needed to make this repair. Thank you, Ragsdale for having sending an OUTSTANDING technician like Ben!

I think all companies should have high standards and integrity to itself and to their customers. I think today, that goal has been accomplished at least for me for the services that we received today from one young man named Jeffrey D Turner. He was very friendly and approachable. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Jeffrey was not intimidated by me when I asked questions about the services that he was performing. In fact, he was very helpful by explaining to me "honestly" and "openly" the very reason! for the services that he was performing and why the results were what they were (readings, ranges, purposes and etc.). Jeffrey was also very considerate of my home. He was polite about entering and careful about respecting the furnishings in my home. Jeffrey gave top notch service. He didn't try to bend my arm about membership, or forcing me to purchase the services offered. I believe that Ragsdale has good quality Techs, however; I believe that Mr. Jeffrey D. Hunter is definitely one of your best.

I canāt say enough good things about my experience with Ragsdale. Their prompt response was so appreciated when my air conditioning went out. I never expected that a technician would come out on a Sunday! Aric was amazing, his professionalism and knowledge really helped put my mind at ease about purchasing a new air conditioning system.
Technician Nicholas & another gentleman arrived just 2 days later with my new unit. They had it installed and running in no time. These gentlemen were also very professional and did an amazing job.

I recently had my furnace serviced by Ragsdale, and I couldnāt be more pleased with the experience! Ben, the Comfort Consultant, was fantasticāthorough in his inspection, patient in explaining the necessary repairs, and incredibly transparent about the process. His assessment aligned perfectly with my recent home inspection, which gave me confidence that I was getting an honest and accurate estimate.
Once I approved the estimate, scheduling was seamless, and the crew arrived promptly, even giving me a courtesy call 30 minutes beforehand. There was a slight miscommunication about the approved repairs, but once clarified, the team worked efficiently and professionally to complete the job.
Overall, Iām very satisfied with Ragsdaleās service. Their commitment to customer care and quality workmanship truly sets them apart. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable furnace repair!

The initial outset was good. Seemed as if everyone understood the plan and was working toward a common goal.
The first attempt began to replace all the duct work, have two new ac and heat units installed.
Upon completion, it was found that the duct work and system were not completed appropriately to treat the area.
After speaking with the lender about our satisifaction, we saw some action to address our issues.
Since speaking with our lender there has been much better response and action from Ragsdale.
The technicians in the overall have been pleasant.
The job was/is a big job. I want a good outcome for the project and amount of money being spent.
I would have preferred not to have spoken to the lender about the situation but in the end it has served to have the issues addressed.
