World Energy recently installed solar for my house. I was extremely pleased with how smoothly the process went! It started with my salesman Nick who provided a pleasant sales experience so different than most sales experiences. From there my customer service rep Karen did an excellent job in keeping me informed and following up as needed. I’m highly recommend this company for solar!

Finally my wife and I decided to go solar. We’ve been in this house for almost three years. The professionalism of Scott Clyman and our coordinator Leticia was much appreciated. Scott layed out all the detailed information on the products used in the process, and backed them up with articles from different publications. We also did our own research while he was talking to us. Unlike other solar reps we’d spoken to over the years here, there was no pressure to buy. Once we decided to purchase, Leticia handled all the logistics on the installation and coordination with the power company. If we had any questions with the progress she was so timely to get the answers. If she didn’t know she’d get back very quickly with whatever was needed. The installers we really professional as well. They showed up on time and were here all day. They installed 31 panels and when they were done,cleaned up everything to where you couldn’t tell they’d been here.There was a little delay after the install, but was with the utility company which really is out of the control of Our World.Thank you Leticia, for keeping us updated on their progress,you’re awesome. The one thing I’d want to see from Our World would be some kind of notice(like when service personnel), had been at the house. Like a sticker or a tag on front door saying they’d been there. Other than that we’re very happy going with green energy.

Buyer beware. Getting solar through Our World Energy was one of the worst decisions I have made in a long time.

1. Install was not a good experience. It took almost a year from after I signed the paperwork for the installation to be complete. They had promised it to take about

2. The biggest issue is that I was sold on a product that would reduce my monthly costs for electricity. The reality is that I now pay more monthly for electricity and I am stuck with a large loan for the panels. There was zero benefit and I pay quite a bit more than I ever have.

Installing was quick, setup was ready in a timely manner. Only issue was with the local utility company wanting to relocate the transformer closer to the home which took awhile. Mae, the project manager from OWE was very helpful in getting this worked through. All in all, I’m pleased with the end results

I was very impressed with the Professional team of the solar power system installation that I had received at my home on June 1, 2023. The team of three employees of Our World Energy, LLC were very knowledgeable and they spent some time beforehand with me going over the procedure of the solar power system installation. This helped me understand more about the equipment that was getting installed on my property. They worked very well together and were polite to my elderly Mom that lives with me and we enjoyed the their company for the day. It was very hot at about 96 degrees and they never complained once and just kept working away. In about seven hours time, the three employees installed my 6.3 Kilowatt 14 450 Watt Solar Power System on my property and I felt as though they transformed my house into a resort after they were done with the project. I was a Professional Supermarket Manager of a twenty one consecutive year career, a Professional Retail Manager of a consecutive twenty five year career, and a Professional Watercraft IJSBA/ BPRacing Racer of a twenty five consecutive year career and these three employees were very Professional, knowledgeable, and very well organized at their job at hand. Thank you very MUCH for making me confident that I will have no issues or problems going forward from my brand new solar power system at my residency.
