Such a disappointment. After passing by this place time after time and seeing they are never really busy, I was hoping for a good experience. Nobody in a door, showed up early and nobody wants to assist. They say "come back, that is next shifts load". Really a shame. We will see if they get their product. Low on time. This place doesn't care, and the worse part is, they're not busy. 2 other trucks waiting.
Update: When they start, they are quick. I was finished about 20 minutes after starting.

Two different delivery sections. Pro delivery is by door 141. Store delivery is by 217. Make sure you know which one you're going to. Unloaded me in under 5 minutes

After fighting through Atlanta traffic for a few hours, arrived to my 7pm delivery about 15 minutes late. They were not busy at all, security guard was very nice and helpful, took my info and let me in the gate. Lady at the shopping office was super nice as well. Signed my bill so I didn't have to come back in. My only complaint was after getting into one dock, dock worker came out and asked me to move over a few docks due to floor space inside. No big deal. Took about 2 hours to get unloaded after moving. Thankfully there was overnite parking in a large lot next door because I was out of time when I got there. Good experience Over all.

Dont follow the gps to get to the truck gate. Look at the picture to see where to enter.

DO NOT BE LATE. 5 MINS LATE AND THEY WON'T TAKE YOU...

Once you check in, they assign a door and sign the paperwork and give it back to you. Green, red , green, and you're good to go.

Had a great experience from the guard shack all the way to receiving appt was at 7am showed up on time was done and paperwork in hand by 8:05am not sure about overnight parking

Not too bad. You must have a code to enter the gate. Should be provided by your dispatcher or broker. Thru gate turn right. Check in by dock 128. Decent experience for me.

Especially in this industry it’s hard to find people that treat people like people. “Moe” I hope I spelled correctly was more than awesome. I showed up super early but he was super nice about it and more than accommodating. Wish places had more of him!
