This company has come out into our new community and promised to have someone come back to complete repairs where they ripped off my grass in my yard and broke up the cement on the sidewalk and left a covering for over three weeks. After contacting the office twice leaving a voicemail, someone called and had someone come out and repair the sidewalk however, they left my yard a mess. Every time you call this establishment during business hours no one answers the phone and if they call back trust and believe it’s two or more days later. What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is this?

Diversified Utility Services (DUS) were contracted to upgrade my residential gas meter. The following month my water bill was three times higher than normal. This went on for about three months and I reached out to DUS to come back out to check if they had accidentally damage my main water line. In short, it was determined that they had damage my main waterline.

The Manager Chris came out within 2 hours of my phone call and told me not to worry about ANYTHING! If the company damaged it, they would repair and refund the difference in my water bill and professional agency to determine where the leak was coming from. DUS sent their crew out, repaired my waterline, repaired my driveway, and refunded my prior water bills. THEY DID NOT HIDE FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITY NOR MADE THE SITUATION DIFFICULT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!

Upon meeting with Chris for the first time, I knew your organization was professional and would resolve this issue promptly. Chris is an excellent representative for DUS , making his customers feel comfortable. I did not have to worry about anything during this process. Chris's word was his, the crew who worked on my property is undoubtedly organized and proficient, and Diversified Utility Services is a professional and outstanding company. You made this process stress-free for us. And we want to thank you and the entire team. I also would like to think Rafeal who went above and beyond as well for me. These guys did a great job, quick, neat, polite, efficient and their work looks and is, professional. Kenneth, Salvador and the crew could not have done a better job. As a customer of AGL I don’t have any say-so in who does the work but if I did, I’d recommend these guys. Kudos to crew 147!

Shipper cancels load hours after it is booked and responds to driver's question when he call for directions with " load is not shipping, NO MORE QUESTIONS! Rude and unprofessional. Spend half a day driving to shipper and waiting for this response from DIVERSIFIED UTILITY SERVICES LLC.

helpful and polite employees at job sites, fixed a sprinkler leak caused the same day this company dug up my front yard -- when the builder was probably to blame but wouldn't take responsibility.... very kind of them!
