Brett Pearce did an impressive job with finding the issues and fixing it. In addition, Brett did an outstanding job with advising and recommending preventive services. This is the first time my wife and I had experienced Hammond services. We are thoroughly impressed from the time when our request was taken to when the problems were solved. We will definitely go back to Hammond Services in the future.

I love this company! Michael Dixon was my tech today and he was very thorough. I presented him with different projects and he worked up estimates for each. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I also had Brett and his assistant out. I totally forgot his name but he was awesome too. Hammond has great technicians and it was a pleasure working with the techs. They are very knowledgeable in their field.

Great service and follow through! All the way from Austin who originally came in to diagnose the multiple pipe leaks, that was due to old copper piping with very acidic well water. All the way to Kevin with a sales quote to replace the old tub(33 yrs old) while they replace all the pipes in my guest bathroom. He was very helpful in meeting our needs and accommodating our schedule, accepting our delays on an appointment date due to a family emergency. Our install team was Dj for the install of new piping and Jaimie with removing and setting new tub as well as trim work, he was renamed by us as "the closer". He did a great job on the carpentry work and trim. We had some concerns the next day on the new faucets that were added but they responded quickly and even had the supervisor Willis come out to address the faucets he added and make sure there weren't any leaks. My mom was happy with her new bathroom and the work they did. We will say that new models of bathtub kits are disappointing with how these kits are for fiberglass, seem feel really thin and weak. They did their best to ensure the stability in the base and we are happy with that. If you have the time and budget we would say take them up on a quote for tile and tub work because they did a great job with all the trim and drywall. We are very happy and will be hiring them for other services! Thank you all!

Michael provided excellent customer service. Though this was merely a session to develop an estimate for the work we wanted, he went above and beyond what was expected offering additional research and suggestions for some of the fixtures we were looking at and helped us research options that would better suit the outcome we want.
